Hello! I am Martin and thank you for looking at my blog. I am currently a Sophomore in high school and when I get older, I want to pursue a career in music production and for me just to make people feel a certain way while they listen to the beats I make. I absolutely love music with a passion as it is a coping mechanism that I use. I will be talking about my favorite types of music genres and how I feel about them. I hope that you will enjoy this blog as I tell you about my personal experience with music and how it made an impact on my life. There will be mentions of some popular artists in these little blogs. If I had to make up my mind about which genre is my favorite, I would not have an answer for that because I will be stuck between, Lo-Fi Music, Rap Music, R&B Music, and Rock Music. It’s hard for me to determine which is my favorite because I love all of the genres with a passion.

Rock Music is definitely a hardcore type of music as it deals with electric guitars, bass guitars, bass drums, bass amplifiers, etc. The energy it gives you is so hyped up and it feels like you have so much adrenaline inside of you. It can get you into the mood of swinging your head back and forth like a headbanger. Bands such as Guns N Roses, Metallica, AC/DC, Billy Idol, and David Bowie helped shape what Rock is today. It’s just amazing to know that generations before us made this happen. You have to be super talented to be an artist in the Rock Music industry because you have to find a technique to scream in your songs. It’s just so incredible how people can do that with their voices. What I also find fascinating is the evolution of Rock Music. It all started with Chuck Berry playing his own type of music. Years passed by and people started following him. Now Rock Music is a huge thing.

Lo-Fi music has to be my second favorite type of music. It just feels so joyful to listen and rest to. It makes me feel satisfied and comfortable with the choosing of that certain genre. If you have the chance to listen to any type of music, I highly recommend this music genre. It soothes your feelings and makes you feel tender to try something new. It definitely made me feel some sort of positive way towards everything. It most likely changed my perspective on trying new things and I would love for you to try it out for yourself and comment down below how you feel about it. Lo-Fi Hip-Hop Star, Shiloh Dynasty changed this music genre in a very special way. She sang a lot of great songs that artists and DJs use. She ended up giving up on her career due to becoming popular. We still do not know what happened to Shiloh to this very day. Even though she has disappeared from the internet, people have been reviving her music by using them as samples in their music.

Without a doubt, R&B is one of my favorite music genres. It has something that the other genres do not have. The vibe of R&B music is astonishing as it is different from any other type of music. R&B stands for “Rhythms and Blues“. I find it so fascinating and subtly interesting. There are so many great artists that come from R&B music. There are artists such as: Drake, Rihanna, Chris Brown, Michael Jackson, Usher, Mariah Carey, and my favorite R&B artist, XXXTentacion. Those artists are very versatile with their music and they made a huge impact on this musical genre as well as other different musical genres. I hope for the best of this genre to get even better as it is one of the best genres in my opinion and that it gets way more attention that it should have. In addition, I believe that this genre can be listened to during any type of season of the year.
